The minutes of 1/22/02 were accepted written, signed and posted to our web page.
NEW BUSINESS:
Subject: Budget Committee
Highlights:
Present: Joanna McIntosh, Richard Debold, Stephen MacCleery.
The group discussed the amounts to be distributed to the capital reserves. The Board would like to meet at 6:30 before the public hearing on the budget to discuss the warrant articles.

Highlights:
The Board decided on the picture for the cover of the Town Report.
